Our Strategy

    We deliver casework services to meet the needs of our clients. Our assistance to clients often involves advocating on their behalf.

    We maintain commitment to community development as a process that engages, resources, assists, empowers and builds the capacity of communities to improve their situations. We aim to conduct and facilitate quality community development work that meets the needs of local communities.

  • Networking and collaboration.

    We work with agencies and other stakeholders to promote good outcomes for our clients and communities.

  • Community engagement.

    We ensure that we engage the community in our work and that our project decisions are informed and shaped by the views of our constituents.  We want to further increase community participation in the design, delivery and evaluation of the centre’s services.

  • Organisational function.

    We aim to run an effective and streamlined organisation that makes the best possible use of resources, supports employees and volunteers, and enables project staff to deliver high-quality services to members of the public.

  • Promotion of the organisation, public relations and media.

    We aim to increase awareness of our services amongst those people who might need these services.
